This is for the woman who is ready to reconnect with her feminine energy, release self-doubt, and step into her most magnetic, confident, and aligned self.
In our sessions, we’ll dive deep into:
Embodying your feminine energy in everyday life (softness, flow, self-love, magnetism).
Breaking free from limiting beliefs & reprogramming the subconscious mind.
Cultivating confidence, sensuality, and a strong sense of self-worth.
Practical tools + rituals to awaken, heal, and embody feminine energy.
Each session is personalized to you — your desires, your challenges, your journey. My role is to guide you, hold space for your growth, and give you the mindset + energy tools to step into your highest timeline.
The program is for four weeks (one month), and we will meet once a week for an hour via Zoom.
My intention for our time together is to guide you through the inner work that will allow you to attract your desired life with ease and clarity. We will use feminine energy as our framework and foundation, then from there we'll work through releasing your blockages and focus on creating growth in the areas you’re ready to transform, such as self-concept, relationships, career, finances, etc.
This is more than just coaching; this is the start of your self-reinvention. It is your step forward towards a meaningful and aligned life! This isn't about becoming someone else. It’s about remembering who you already are and learning how to fully embody her. 💜

At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to join the Zoom call and begin the session. The Coach and client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the client is more than 10 minutes late for a coaching session, the Coach will assume the session is canceled and the client will receive a refund of 50% of their session fee. All sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment. If the session is not rescheduled or canceled 24 hours prior, a 50% refund will be received, and a new session will need to be booked. Email hello@annyathena.com for questions/concerns.
